I opened the command prompt when I was doing some checks in my C:/WINDOWS directory. Then a friend was surprised that I could actually open the command prompt there. I then decided to post it for those who don't know about it. It is very simple:
Just hold down your Shift button when clicking, and you will see an option "Open Command Prompt Here"!!
